LGB Mexico, a subsidiary of L.G. Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd (LGB), represents the company's expansion into North America, bringing decades of engineering excellence and manufacturing expertise to San Luis Potosí, Mexico. LGB, established in 1937 in India, is a globally renowned manufacturer of transmission products, fine blanking components, and advanced automotive solutions. With a legacy of innovation, LGB serves over 30 countries through its network of 30+ manufacturing plants and multiple distribution centers.
Our new facility in San Luis Potosí is designed to support the growing demand for fine blanking and precision machining solutions in the region. Scheduled for full operational capacity by mid-2025, the plant will feature state-of-the-art equipment, including Mori 800T Fine Blanking Presses and Sealed Quench Furnaces, ensuring superior quality and unparalleled efficiency. This venture marks a significant milestone in our journey to deliver cutting-edge products closer to our customers in the Americas.
